Hello Darlin' (Re-recorded In Stereo) Lyrics

Hello darlin'
Nice to see you
It's been a long time
You're just as lovely
As you used to beHow's your new love
Are you happy?
Hope you're doin' fine
Just to know means so much to meWhat's that darlin'
How am I doin'?
I'm doin' alright
Except I can't sleep
I cry all night 'til dawnWhat I'm tryin' to say is
I love you and I miss you
And I'm so sorry
That I did you wrongLook up darlin'
Let me kiss you
Just for old time's sake
Let me hold you in my arms

One more timeThank you darlin'
May God bless you
And each step you take brings you closer
To the things you seek to findGoodbye darlin'
I got to go now
I got to try to find a way
To lose these memories
Of a love so warm and trueAnd if you should ever
Find it in your heart
To forgive me
Comeback darlin'
I'll be waiting for you

Conway Twitty (1 September 1933 – 5 June 1993), born Harold Lloyd Jenkins, was one of the United States' most successful artists of the 20th century. Twitty had the most singles (55) reach Number 1 on various national music charts. Conway Twitty's across the board totals were greater than that of Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, the Beatles, and Garth Brooks. Most notably known as a country music singer, Twitty also enjoyed success in early Rock and Roll, R&B, and Pop music (among other genres). He teamed up with Loretta Lynn to form one of country music's most successful business partnerships.
