Hole In My Head Lyrics

People who don't know their names
lurking behind window frames
Trying to control our lifesEnvy, spite and jealousy
of all those longing to be free
Stabbing them with hideous knivesIntolerance and arrogance
combined with bloody ignorance
Don't listen to a single wordTired of their stupid lies
Trickery and alibis
Their issues are just too absurdDon't you tell me not to grind
But I'm blinded by the thickness of mankindI got a hole in my head
Seems like we're better off dead
We gotta find a solution
For this bitter contributionThings are getting serious
small minds become delirious
Don't they see it's so insaneAll obsessed with hate and war
what else they think's worth fighting for
Peek-A-Booh: A madman's game!Pied piper's waiting at the door
to tell them they're superior

Dancing to his lethal tuneOh, the crown of evolution
needs some kind of revolution
otherwise it's over soonSo you tell me not to blow my fuse
But I'm quite aware of your abuseI got a hole in my head
Seems like we're better off dead
We gotta find a solution
For this bitter contributionFind shelter in my arms tonight
There's only you and me
and everything's allrightIf there's just one thing that's true
then it's my love for you
I'll never let you goAnd I don't care what they say
As long as you stay
in our love's afterglowStill you believe it'll work out fine
While heading for the ultimate deadlineI got a hole in my head
Seems like we're better off dead
We gotta find a solution
For this bitter contribution

Antichrisis was founded by singer and songwriter Sid way back in 1995 in Monschau, Germany. Originally meant to be a solo project, Sid was soon joined by guest vocalist Willowcat, and within a few months the legendary 80-minute demo tape "Missa Depositum Custodi" got recorded. Its first and only edition of 500 copies received an amazing feedback within the underground community and was sold out soon after its release in early 1996. That success led to negotiations with various independent labels, and Sid decided to sign to Ars Metalli.
