Prettier Than Pink is an all-female pop rock group from the Philippines. The band went professional in 1991. Many music enthusiasts consider the group unique among pinoy girl groups because the members played their own instruments. Originally called Pretty and Pink, the band played mainly American rock and pop covers, in local bars. In 1995 a self-produced demo garnered interest from various record labels and the group changed its name to Prettier Than Pink.
