Judith Lefeber was a participant in the first season of the German version of "Pop Idol". Frequently names as one of the top contenders and potential winners she nevertheless decided to drop out early during the top-ten-shows much to the surprise of her fellow contenders, the judges and the public. She tried to establish a solo-pop-career in the aftermath and so far has released two full length albums on different labels, but has failed to establish herself firmly. Instead she tried her luck in the German version of the Disney stage musical "Aida".
