Human Remains Lyrics

Echoes of words she never spoke
Twirl around his head today
A disco ball rotation
Reflects upon the freckles on her faceI watched her dance across a crowded floor
Holding on tightly to someone she'd met the week before
So when I leave tonight with someone at my side
All the time I make believe it's youWhat I mean to say
In the kindest of ways
Is all the time I'm just dreaming of youI watched her dance across a crowded floor
Holding on tightly to someone she'd met the week before
So when I leave tonight with someone at my side
All the time I make believe it's youDesire doesn't fade, it only gets replaced
And I'm looking for youI watched her dance across
I watched her dance acrossI watched her dance across a crowded floor
Holding on tightly to someone she'd met the week before
So when I leave tonight with someone at my side
All the time I make believe it's you

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

Hometown: New York. Band lineup: Matt Hitt (vocals, guitar), Jack Ridley III (guitar), Erik Lee Snyder (bass), and Joe Brodie (drums). We can't tell yet if Drowners are a typical New York band or a typical London one. They're said by some to be part of the ongoing Britpop renaissance (Blur and Pulp reforming, new bands like Blackeye forming), but really they have more in common with the early-noughties CBGBs revival.
