I Don't Worry About A Thing Lyrics

(allison)
(warner chappell music ltd.)If this life is driving you to drink
You're sitting around wondering just what to think
Well I got some consolation
I'll give it to you if I mightI don't worry about a thing
I know nothing's gonna be alrightYou know this world's just one big trouble spot
Some have and some have not
You know, I used to be troubled but
I finally saw the lightI don't worry about a thing
I know nothing's gonna be alrightDon't waste your time trying to be a go-getter
Things will get worse before they get any better
You know there's always somebody playing with dynamite
I don't worry about a thing
I know nothing's gonna be alrightI don't worry about a thing
I know nothing's gonna be alright

Dr. Feelgood are a British pub rock band, formed in 1971. The classic line-up included Lee Brilleaux (b. 1953, d. 7 April 1994; vocals/harmonica), Wilko Johnson (b. John Wilkinson, 1947; guitar), John B. Sparks (b. 1953; bass) and John 'The Big Figure' Martin (drums). Initially based in Canvey Island, Essex, on the Thames estuary, Dr. Feelgood broke into the London circuit in 1974. Brilleaux's menacing personality complemented Johnson's propulsive, jerky stage manner, while the guitarist's staccato style dominated the group's idiosyncratic brand of angular rhythm and blues.
