Joe Chapman is a multi instrumentalist musician, singer, songwriter, producer and broadcaster from Oxford, England. He is the vocalist and bass guitarist with psych drone band The Neon Violets Joe has been a member of several other bands. Most recently with psychedelic rock band Spiral 25. He has also played with Flite 118 (former band of The Darkside vocalist Nick Hayden), Dirty Sci-Fi and Nachala.
