Nelson Gatlin is a singer-songwriter and folk musician hailing from Gulf Shores, AL. Gatlin began his musical career in 2008 under the moniker Color Earth, an experimental project emphasizing styles ranging from post-rock to acoustic pop. After honing his skills as a songwriter and guitarist, Nelson Gatlin moved on to playing for local bands including Helen Keller and the currently active group The Ids.
