I'm Free Lyrics

i was so weary, sick and tired of sin
it seemed to me my life was about to end
i'd been running for so long, just a fugitive
but i knew that there must be a better way to live
then Jesus knocked and i opened up the door
of my heart
then He picked me up and He gave me a brand new startChorus:I'm free, I'm freeI tried to run my life out there on my own
I thought that I could do it all alone
Kept on destroying myself, I saw no way to win
But He knew that it would take His love for me
to mendThen Jesus knocked and I opened up the door
of my heart
And then He picked me up and He gave me a
brand new startChorus:I'm free, I'm free, I'm freeI'm Yours, Lord I'm Yours, thank You Jesus
I'm Yours, Lord I'm Yours, won't you send me,
please send me
Won't You, won't You, won't You send meThen Jesus picked me up and He gave me a
brand new startChorus:I'm free, yeah, I'm free, I am free, yes I am

I'm free, so, I'm free
I am free, I'm free, I am free, I'm free
I'm free
