In The Stars Lyrics

Got a horseshoe in my pocket
And my hands are full of gold
My heart's racing like a rocket,
Wind it up and watch it goWe'll be ruling in the sunlight
Like we're pharaohs on the throne
We'll be dancing in the moonlight,
Dancing all the way back homeThey're coming home at last
They're coming home again
They're coming home at last
They're coming home again
They're coming home at last
They're coming home again
They're coming home againSkies open, where we going
It's in the stars, it's who we are
Don't you worry about the morning
It's in the stars, it's who we are
We're blowing up, blowing up the doorBlowing up, blowing up
We're blowing up, blowing up the door

Skies open, where we going
It's in the stars, it's who we areGot a horseshoe in my pocket
And my hands are full of gold
My heart's racing like a rocket,
Wind it up and watch it goWe'll be ruling in the sunlight
Like we're pharaohs on the throne
We'll be dancing in the moonlight,
Dancing all the way back homeThey're coming home at last
They're coming home again
They're coming home at last
They're coming home again
They're coming home at last
They're coming home again
They're coming home againSkies open, where we going
It's in the stars, it's who we are
Don't you worry about the morning
It's in the stars, it's who we areWe're blowing up, blowing up the door
Blowing up, blowing up
We're blowing up, blowing up the doorSkies open, where we going
It's in the stars, it's who we areSkies open, where we going
It's in the stars, it's who we are
Don't you worry about the morning
It's in the stars, it's who we areWe're blowing up, blowing up the door
Blowing up, blowing up
We're blowing up, blowing up the doorSkies open, where we going
It's in the stars, it's who we are

Icona Pop is a duo from Stockholm, Sweden. Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo deliver pop music that seems second nature to most Scandinavians. Upon first hearing Manners you get it all – clapped beats, fizzy electronics, cute female vocals and a Sesame Street chorus. It’s verses are like the narration of a teenager’s diary, before the youthful confidence comes storming in, “take a second look and you’ll see, there is no one like me“. It’s a punchy pop song that has a wonderful blend of obvious hooks, big choruses and a chart-ready appeal, yet it’s still drenched in buckets of ice cool undertones.
