There are at least two bands called Distraught:
1) a brazilian thrash metal band from Porto Alegre, RS
2) an american hardcore punk band from San Diego, CA 1) A Distraught é uma banda de Thrash Metal de Porto Alegre fundada em fevereiro de 1990, lançando a demo tape “To Live Better”. A primeira gravação em cd ocorreu no ano de 1994 ao lançar o split-cd “Ultimate Encore” com duas bandas de São Paulo.
