Infidel Lyrics

Heaven fell from the sky tonight
There were virgins in my backyard
Chasing angels with fire sticks
Heaven fell on herself tonight
And Moses lay in pieces from some
17 year old bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, yeah
Here we go, someone's knocking at my window
Here we go, I didn't ask for this shit
Here we go, someone's knocking at my window
Here we go, I didn't ask for it, ask for it, ask for it
Heaven fell from the sky tonight
And the whole damn world invited themselves
To my Sunday barbecue, yeah
Heaven fell and it's not all right
And God won't dare show his face
From of the bottom of my swimming pool
Here we go, someone's knocking in my window
Here we go, I didn't ask for this shit, no

Here we go, someone's knocking at my window
Here we go, I didn't ask for it, ask for it, ask for it
Ask for it, ask for it
La lee be la, la lee be lo
Here comes the fire trucks, open the show
Here in the spotlight, which way did they go?
Which way did they go?
I'm nobody
I'm nobody
I'm nobody
I'm nobody
Heaven fell from
Heaven fell from
Heaven fell from
Heaven fell from
Heaven fell from
Heaven fell from
Heaven fell from
Heaven fell from
Heaven fell on herself tonight
Heaven fell on herself tonight
Heaven fell on herself tonight
Heaven fell on herself tonight
Heaven fell on herself tonight
Tonight
Tonight
Tonight
Tonight

The Bouncing Souls are a punk band, formed in 1987. They are originally from New Brunswick, New Jersey. By the time they were recognized by the national punk scene, they had reignited a "pogo" element to New Jersey punk rock by playing fast light-hearted songs, a model followed by various other local bands (e.g. Blanks 77 and the Bristles). In the early stages of their career, they played a hybrid of punk, funk, metal, and just about anything else they felt like including. They were known for their energetic live shows, albeit with an amateurish element on their recordings at that stage.
