There are at least two bands named Rise and Fall: 1) A Belgian hardcore band. 2) A Japanese melodic hardcore band. 1) Possessed with an earth shaking heaviness and alarming "no frills" punk urgency, Belgium's Rise And Fall are the next chapter of true hardcore/punk greatness. Rise And Fall sharpened their teeth with their debut album, "Hellmouth" in 2004 (SA Mob/JTTP). "Hellmouth" showed a raw ferocity that few bands hold.
