Matthew Nelson aka the legendary Slipmatt is one of the biggest if not the biggest original rave DJ ever. Matt has played all over the world, mixing and spinning across every continent and all over the UK.
Slipmatt started his professional DJ career in 1989 when he was the original resident for Raindance. He also released his first single in 1989 called ‘Do That Dance’ which was the first SL2 production with best friend and fellow DJ ‘Lime’. Matt then went on to experience untold success as SL2 with chart hits such as ‘DJs Take Control/Way In My Brain’ and ‘On a Ragga Tip’.
