Intruders Lyrics

I've been waitingIntruders just keep coming
Intruders just keep coming
Intruders just keep comingDid you ever wish that something
Would come and save you?
Did you ever hope that someone
Would come through for you?
I've been waiting
To receive my emancipationIntruders just keep coming
Intruders just keep coming
Intruders just keep comingIntruders just keep coming
Intruders just keep coming
Intruders just keep comingIntruders just keep coming
Intruders just keep coming
Intruders just keep comingDown, down, down
Here I go again, oh noI'll take a knife, I'll take a blade
I'll take a line of anything that you've got
I'll take a knife, I'll take a blade
I'll take a line of anything that you've gotI'll take a knife, I'll take a blade

I'll take a line of anything that you've got
I'll take a knife, I'll take a blade
I'll take a line of anything that you've gotDown, down, down
Here I go again, oh no
'Round and 'round
Here we go again, oh noDown, down, down
Here I go again, oh no
'Round and 'round
Here we go again, oh noIntruders just keep coming
Intruders just keep coming
Intruders just keep coming

The Intruders is a former American soul music group most popular in the 1960s and 1970s. As one of the first groups to have hit songs under the direction of Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff, they had a major influence on the development of Philadelphia soul. Formed around 1960, the group originally consisted of Sam "Little Sonny" Brown, Eugene "Bird" Daughtry, Phillip "Phil" Terry and Robert "Big Sonny" Edwards.[1] In 1969, Sam Brown was replaced as lead singer by Bobby Starr, only to rejoin the group in 1973.
