Is Yours, Is Mine Lyrics

Is yours is mineInside misunderstanding lines you have drawn
Maybe there's time for something more to blame it on
Wishing not to hold you down with iron binds
Is this day and this time is yours is mineI walked along the walls and there I saw your name
I choose to spend my feelings chance, play the game
The stormy weather passed and left me here to find
That the rain and the shine is yours is mineIs yours is mine

Gene Clark, born Harold Eugene Clark (born Tipton, Missouri, November 17, 1944[1] - May 24, 1991) was an American singer-songwriter, and one of the founding members of the folk-rock group The Byrds. Gene Clark is best remembered for being The Byrds main songwriter between 1964 and 1966. He created a large catalogue of music in several genres but failed to achieve solo commercial success. Clark was one of the earliest exponents of psychedelic rock, baroque pop, newgrass, country rock and alternative country.
