It's All Over Lyrics

you know whatcha want,
never gonna get it
They say they never heard,
when you know that you said it
Finding a fine time to fuck up with your mind
They plant the seed to grow,
then close the show
Every day you wake up,
you never know where ya heading
you know you gotta survive,
so somethin' needs selling
you keep yelling,
but no one ever hears ya
you silence violence
Now they fear yaBang!
It's all over
BANG! BANG!
It's all over

There's people inside for things they never did
They were never free on the streets
Now they're doing a year bid
And they call that justice
Can this, must this
Carry on?
Before long
There will be a revolution
And I don't think that they want this
I can see a revolution
And I don't think that they want this
High, that's where some go to get away
Some people go too far, fly away
Disease killing with ease, like it's outta control
Like a pest control on fleas
Please!
Stop defending the system is ending
you got nowhere to go,
played the final card
It's hard but truth is like proof
Can't be ignored
When Michael and the angels come for warWar it's all over
War it's all over
War it's all over
War it's all overBang!
It's all over
BANG! BANG!
It's all overOooww controlling the mind of man
The beast designed the plan
But can it last for so long so wrong?
What is going on,
gotta re-arrange it
But if you don't change it
There will be a revolution
And I don't think that they want this
I can see a revolution
And I don't think that they want thisMichael and the angels come for warWar it's all over
War it's all over
War it's all over
War it's all overBang!
It's all over
BANG! BANG!
It's all over

When East 17 stumbled into the Walthamstow, England limelight in late 1991 they had little idea that their rabble-rousing brand of boy-band pop would create such a storm. Indeed, at the outset, a young Tony Mortimer had been on the verge of signing a solo deal with London Records until ex-Pet Shop Boys manager Tom Watkins suggested that what the world needed was a boy-band antidote to Take That and a band that bad girls could fall in love with.
