Grupa "Filistyńskie Napletki" powstała pod koniec 2003 roku.Jest to jeden z projektów zespołu Zacier (skrót od : Zrzeszenie Artystów Cierpiących i Entuzjastycznie Rżnących). Poza Zacierem grają w nim : Dr Yry (bas, wokal, instrumenty dęte drewniane np. taboret) oraz DJ Mrufka (bębny, 8 lat, prywatnie - syn Zaciera).
