Last Night I Had The Strangest Dream Lyrics

Last night I had the strangest dream I've ever known before,
I dreamed that all the world agreed to put an end to war.
I dreamed I saw a mighty room the room was filled with men,
and the papers they were signing said they'd never fight again.
And when the paper was all signed and a million copies made,
they all joined hands and bowed their heads and grateful prayers were prayed.
The people in the streets below were dancing round and round,
while swords and guns and uniforms were scattered to the ground.
Last night I had the strangest dream I've ever dreamed before,
I dreamed that all the world agreed to put an end to war.

He was performing from 1938 until 1986. He released several recordings through Columbia Records (later on Dot and through direct television advertising) and sold over 2,000,000 records in 1953 alone. Liberace's highly colored style of piano playing was characterized by some critics as fluid and lyrical but technically careless.
