Last Time I Saw Her Lyrics

Last time I saw her she was running
Laughing, swirling, high above the ground
People stop and check and watch her coming
Crazy little mama going round and roundLast time I touched her she was burning
Through a heat of ever lasting light
Drifting through her fires my ceaseless yearning
Flaming little mama will you burn all nightHey, will you burn all night?
Hey, will you burn all night? The first time I kissed her I surrendered
Hands reached for the sky, no disgrace
Safe inside my love so warm and tender
Movin' little mama, it's your placeOoh yeah, move me little mama
Come on, come on, come onOoh, will you burn all night?
Mmm, will you burn all night? Will you? Will, will you burn all night?
Oh, can you burn all night? OhLast time I saw her she was running
Oh, rollin' tumble fall on the ground
Mama always said she's got it coming
Crazy little mama, keep your dresses downCrazy little mama
Crazy little mama

Crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy
Crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy babyCrazy little mama
Crazy little mama
Ma ma ma ma ma, yeah

Robert Anthony Plant CBE (born 20 August 1948, West Bromwich, Staffordshire, England) is a British rock singer famous for being the lead vocalist of one of the most influential rock bands of all time: Led Zeppelin. He is known for his powerful style with a wide vocal range. After Led Zeppelin's breakup following the sudden death of drummer John Bonham in 1980, Plant pursued a successful solo career. Popular tracks from this period include "Big Log," "Tall Cool One," and "I Believe." In 1984, Plant formed a short-lived all-star group with Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck and Phil Collins called The Honeydrippers, who had a Top Ten hit with a remake of the Phil Phillips' tune, "Sea of Love".

Plant's love of the music of Morocco led him to a new collaboration called Robert Plant And The Strange Sensation. The band's releases met with critical acclaim and numerous Grammy nominations. They completed the 2006 tour of Europe in September.

In 2007, Plant began recording and performing with bluegrass star Alison Krauss. A duet album, Raising Sand, was released on 23 October 2007 on Rounder Records. The album, recorded in Nashville and Los Angeles and produced by T-Bone Burnett met with enormous critical and commercial success.

The year of 2010 proves to be yet another successful year for the aging lemon squeezer. Durring the summer, Plant will be reuniting with his old, Pre-Zep group, The Band Of Joy, for a tour of the southern and mid continental tour of the US.
