Siro; the brainchild of guitarist / vocalist Troy Redfern was born in 2000, in the West Midlands of the UK. Troy Redfern met bass player Nick Davies at high school where they jammed in school rock bands together, later to meet up with more focussed and disciplined musical personalities. Together, they embarked on a mission to find the right drummer to complete the line-up. Through a mutual friend they discovered Nick Smith, a powerhouse rock drummer and front man of the band 'Jester'.
