Lean Lyrics

By popular demand you fall to waste again
Brought to the execution by a friend
The guilt is wearing down the defense
And gearing up your same old reasons
Allowing you to relive the same old day
I can see the pain living inside you
I can see the change standing beside you
Lean on me this time
Somehow you slip behind and go on your way
Somewhere inside you'll find a place to make this stay
For now it's wearing down the defense
Deconstructing every pretense
Crawling up your spine and watching you decay
I can see the pain living inside you
I can see the change standing beside you
Lean on me this time

Enjoy the lyrics !!!

There are three artists under the name 'Pony'. The first is an independant, solo folk singer from Alice Springs. The second a dissonant punk-pop three-piece from New York City with a lifespan that stretched from 1993 to 1995. They released two albums on Homestead Records (Cosmovalidator and the posthumous El Dorado), as well as a double 7" on Ah-um records and another 7" on U.K.-based Fire Records. Dallas Crowe handled guitar and a majority of the vocals; Kitty DuBois played bass; Jimmy James (AKA James Murphy/LCD Soundsystem) played drums.
