Leap of Faith Lyrics

I wish I had faith in something- I wish I could find a way
And I wish you could change- how I wish I could too
When I look at all the things we've been through
I wish I had faith in someone- I wish there was another way
And I hope that you know- there's no other way
Cause you dropped a bomb on me todayCan anybody tell me how things went so wrong
And please explain- how do I go through life this way
Always on parade- you paint your smiles on everyday
Just try to be- try to be happy being me
Then soon I'll see- if a leap of faith will set me freeI wish I had faith in something- I wish I could find a way
And I wish you could change- how I wish I could too
When I look at all the things we've been through
I wish I had faith in someone- I wish there was another way
And I hope that you know- there's no other way
Cause you dropped a bomb on me todayCan anybody help me please throw me a line
Because I'm fading fast I feel my life wasting away
And if I stay I might end up like you one day
And that's not who- that's not who I want to be

Then soon we'll see- if a leap of faith will set me freeDon't think- Don't speak- Don't drag me down- Don't take me with you
Feels I've been holding on so long- Step back and slow it down
And stand up and look around- My faith left town long agoI wish I had faith in something- I wish I could find a way
And I wish you could change- how I wish I could too
When I look at all the things we've been through
I wish I had faith in someone- I wish there was another way
And I hope that you know- there's no other way
Cause you dropped a bomb on me todayCause you dropped a bomb on me today
Cause you dropped a bomb on me today
Cause you dropped a bomb on me today

The Suicide Machines were a band formed in 1991 in Detroit, Michigan under the original name Jack Kevorkian and the Suicide Machines. The band's original lineup consisted of Jason Navarro on vocals, Dan Lukacinsky on guitar, Jason Brake on bass, and Stefan Rairigh on drums. This lineup lasted a year until Bill Jennings replaced Rairigh, but he was himself soon replaced by Derek Grant. They recorded the band's first demos The Essential Kevorkian and Green World in 1993 and 1994, both released through their own label Sluggo's Old Skool Records.
