Let It Be Known Lyrics

Come on let's turn it up
We're gonna sing it out
For all the world to hear
Oh oh oh oh
There's life for everyone
A new day has begun
Something to shout aboutLet it be known that our God saves
Our God reigns
We lift You up up
Let it be known that Love has come
Love has won
We lift You up up up
Woah ohNothing can stop us now
No one can keep us down
We found our voice again
Oh oh oh oh
No need for fear and shame
There's power in His name

Come on let freedom reignLet it be known that our God saves
Our God reigns
We lift You up up
Let it be known that Love has come
Love has won
We lift You up up up
Woah ohWe lift Your name up
Higher and higher
We lift Your name up (Jesus)
We shout Your name out
Louder and louder
We shout it out nowLet it be known that our God saves
Our God reigns
We lift You up upLet it be known that our God saves
Our God reigns
We lift You up up
Let it be known that Love has come
Love has won
We lift You up upLet it be known that our God saves
Our God reigns
We lift You up up
Let it be known that Love has come
Love has won
We lift You up up up
Woah oh

Brewster has been musically inclined since his early childhood in Homer, Alaska. At the age of one, his mother, Cheryl, noticed how well he could keep rhythm on a drum set his grandfather had given him. At the age of five, his mother introduced him to the mandolin. Quickly mastering the instrument, he began playing for cruise ship tourists alongside his mother in Homer, Alaska. After receiving a call from Steve Perry inviting him to audition as lead guitarist for his next solo project, For the Love of Strange Medicine, Brewster accepted and began songwriting and rehearsals for the album.
