The A900 is a full sealed headphone, but I wouldn't use it in a studio environment. I would use these sealed headphones for recording:
K271S (great for recording vocals)
K240S (semi-open so use when conditions allow, also great for vocals)
DT770 80ohm (for the drummer to wear)
DT250-80/250 (great for recording, use whichever one suits the amplification, but the 250ohm model is better IMO)
HD280Pro (excellent attenuation and good sound)
HD25-1 (decent attenuation and even better sound than the 280Pro IMO)
MDR-V6 (a staple of the studio but I can't stand its sound - this may be a good thing for the studio, however - and the durability is a plus)

We’ve come along way, on both sides of the isle. Each Recording session is handled with care and is properly listened too and changes are made for improvement. Casper has become more efficient preparing a multi track environment with all tracks grouped and time locked. This prevents the tracks from being moved, and can easily drop the video and slice up the video for a studio music video. All of this takes time of course, and Casper Script is determined to keep pace with 1 recording session per week until 2018. We laughed and said this is almost like a four year degree in personal improvement. It was a charming moment when we realized how much content we created in the last few years.
