Life So Short Lyrics

There's no way around what I did today
Threre's nothing more that I could ever say
Except things you don't wanna hear
I'm sorry, I know how it feels
And what I said, there's no replacing it
And what I did, I can't explain it
Try to make you love me once again
Will it ever change anything?
'Cause life's so short and still we tryLife's so short and still we try
Take advantage and we never realize
30 years have just went by
It's too late for loveThere's no way around what I did today
Threre's nothing more that I could ever say
Except things you don't wanna hear
I'm sorry, I know how it feels
And what I said, there's no replacing it
And what I did, I can't explain it
Try to make you love me once again

Will that ever change anything?
'Cause life's so short and still we tryLife's so short and still we try
Take advantage and we never realize
That 30 years have just went by
It's too late for love
Life's so short and still we try
We take advantage and we never realize
30 years have just went by
It's too late for loveAnd what I've done now, I guess I have to live with it
And how we feel, we just have to trust it
Because I've self-destructed everything
I realize you know it too
God help me figure out just what to do
I've self-destructed everythingThere's no way around what I did today
Threre's nothing more that I could ever say
Except things you don't wanna hear
I'm sorry, I know how it feels
