Limbo Lyrics

And I've got a lot to lose, you've got a lot to prove
I've got a lot to risk, you know I can't afford to miss
So we're gonna run around forever just typing
Thinking of what could have been mine and
I know you say you're sorry you'll type back before
Running round in limbo, running round it all
(Running round in limbo, running round it all)
Show me that there's something I could go back for
Show me that there's love worth fighting for
Give me a good reason to believe at all
Running round in limbo, running round it all
If you say you're scared then I'm terrified
If you say you're ready then I'm justified
If you say it's easy then you've crossed the line
If you say it's over then I'm in denial
Show me that there's something I could go back for
Show me that there's love worth fighting for

Give me a good reason to believe at all
Running round in limbo, running round it all
And I've got a lot to lose, you've got a lot to prove
Show me that there's something I could go back for
(Show me that there's love)
Cause we're running round in limbo, running round it all
(Show me that there's love)
Show me that there's something I could go back for
(Show me that there's love)
Show me, cause we're running round in limbo, running round it all
(Running round in limbo, running round it all)

JJ Demon came up with the idea for his sound in jail. He heard it in his head. He would often try to explain it to people over the phone, but they probably just thought he was crazy. His past had given him a reputation as somewhat of an eccentric and read like a pamphlet on troubled youth; riddled with addiction, violence, crime, death, and time spent in prison. As JJ began vividly describing what he heard in his head (even then he was calling it Funeral Disco), producers began to catch on. Before anyone knew it, a movement was born. He was released from jail in April of '09 and was quickly signed to Revel Music Group, owned by 9 time Grammy-winning producer and founder of the legendary 100 times platinum Ruffhouse Records, Joe “The Butcher” Nicolo, who launched the careers of The Fugees, Cypress Hill, Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean, Kris Kross, Will Smith, and now JJ Demon.

Flowtronic HipHop Dance Rock Lyrical Goth Punk New Wave Electronica Pop Rap. "Scene-Hop". JJ Demon's voice conveys every stroke of paint his brain can paint. His flow and syllable placement are unmatched even by the most gifted rappers, yet his music has a deeper meaning. It's something far more important than braggadoccio and flaunting. He doesn't want "street-cred", he wants to give you his heart in a box. His hooks are catchy, his lyrics witty. It's not rapping, it's songwriting. Funeral Disco IS his genre. He fits into no other. It's electronica/pop-punk/rap with a sinister sarcasm. But f*ck labeling it. Who cares? The point is the world has never heard anything like it, and when they do...
