1) Social Club was a noisy pop band from San Jose CA 1985 - 1990. Influences included the Who, the Replacements and instrumental surf music.

after the band broke up. Mike went on to play with the Frontier Wives, while John, Mo and Dave formed the Sugarbombs. In 2002, John and Mike joined up again and formed Lucky Dog, along with Kim, John's wife, and two former members of the Frontier WIves band, Mic and Lex
