Loch Lomond Lyrics

By yon bonnie banks and by yon bonnie braes,
Where the sun shines bright on Loch Lomond.
Where me and me true love spent many days
On the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.Too sad we parted in yon shady glen,
On the steep sides of Ben Lomond.
Where the broken heart knows no second spring,
Resigned we must be while were parting.Youll take the high road and Ill take the low road,
And Ill be in Scotland before you.
Where me and my true love will never meet again,
On the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.Ho, ho mo leannan
Ho mo leannan bhoidheach
(repeat x 8)You'll take the high road and I'll take the low road,
And I'll be in Scotland before ye.
Where me and my true love will never meet again,
On the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. You'll take the high road and I'll take the low road,
And I'll be in Scotland before you.
Where me and my true love will never meet again,
On the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. You'll take the high road and I'll take the low road,

And I'll be in Scotland before you.
Where me and my true love will never meet again,
On the bonnie bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. You'll take the high road and I'll take the low road,
And I'll be in Scotland before you.
Where me and my true love will never meet again,
On the bonnie bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. On bonnie, bonnie banks
repeat x 9Hey, Hey, Hey

Caledonix was founded in 1998 in Germany. The band has its own music style. Old scottish tunes and songs are reinterpreted and arranged by themselves. Besides the diatonic harmonica as the leading instrument, you can hear accoustic guitar and bass guitar, flute, transverse flute, accordion and bodhran as further instruments.
After the albums "Hot'n Scot'n Music" and "Plaid Without Compromise" their 3rd album will come out in early spring 2007.
