Long Distance Lyrics

You arrived at my doorstep, brought in with the tide,
You told them that you're coming, but I bet you lied,
Mr. Distance couldn't chain you down, but you know he'll try,
I let you in, but you took me inside,And now I'm falling for you that's the best I can do because I'm clumsy,
I wanted to wait, then I got a taste, now I'm hungry,
I wanted to be what you think you see, but I'm nothing,
Then I caught a glare in your two-second stare now I'm something,
Oh no, oh how you came a livePolished bottles of wine and an empty pizza box,
You stand there naked only in your socks,
The nonbelievers they can't stop us now, but you know they'll try,
Lock the doors and the windows just to keep them outside,And now I'm falling for you that's the best I can do because I'm clumsy,
I wanted to wait, then I got a taste, now I'm hungry,
I wanted to be what you think you see, but I'm nothing,
Then I caught a glare in your two-second stare now I'm something,Oh no, oh how you came alive,

Then I caught a glare in your two-second stare now I'm something,
And now I'm falling for you that's the best I can do because I'm clumsy,
I wanted to wait, then I got a taste, now I'm hungry,
Oh no, oh how you came alive,
Underneath all that you are, all of the candlelight

Big 10-4, the energetic modern rock quartet based out of Orlando, Florida have taken on the challenge of winning over fans one by one.

Over the course of the past two years they've grown from college dives to 500 capacity sellouts in Orlando, Gainesville and first dibs on opening slots for touring acts at House of Blues. You can sit back and indulge in the waves of remiscent melodies and piano-scapes on tracks like "Oxygen" and "Tangled". Or step up to the front of the stage and have your brow blown back by the immediacy of "Walking Disaster" and "Long Night (Sleepless)." The daring word play and brain swelling melodies will conjure visual soundtracks of those late nights of drinking, women and figuring out what life is all about.

Having signed with Universal Records (3 Doors Down/Jack Johnson/Godsmack) in the Summer of 2005, they recently wrapped "Testing The Atmosphere" with Matt Wallace(Maroon 5, Train) and are setting up it's March 2006 release with the single "Walking Disaster" at regional radio.

Look for them to be routing through the Southeast in conjunction with the release of "Testing The Atmosphere".
