Long Way Back Lyrics

Well it's a long way back to the things I know are real
And it's a long way back to the things that I can feel
And it's a long way back to a green and growing tree
And it's a long way back to what there used to be
I been troublin', I been troublin' about all the things I hear
I been troublin', I been troublin' about the earth's progress career
And I travelled that road just as often as I can
Just to spend an hour or lifetime, to walk barefooted on the land
And I travelled that road even if it's in my mind
To a place that's fit for every living kind^?
I been troublin', I been troublin' about all there is to do
I been troublin', I been troublin' 'cause I know the waiting's through
