Losers Never Win Lyrics

As a boy I went to a game with my dad
We cheered as the winners got their trophies
I told him I want to be a winner real bad
I'm tired of being a loser and he told me this(Chorus)
Losing is in the mind and losers never win
It calls for lots of work and never giving in
Don't lose the race before you begin
Cuz losing is in the mind and losers never winAs the years went by I trained really hard
I made the team and got my trophy too
I held it up and said this is my true reward
To become a real winner, Dad said I told you(Chorus)
Everything you do will work out
Free your mind from the cage of self doubt, Cuz

Desmond is a name of at least two male artists: (1) Paul Emil Breitenfeld (b. 25 Nov 1924, d. 30 May 30 1977 - aka Paul Desmond), was a jazz alto saxophonist and composer born in San Francisco, best known for the work he did in the Dave Brubeck Quartet and for penning that group's greatest hit, "Take Five". Known to have possessed an idiosyncratic wit, he was one of the most popular musicians to come out of the West Coast's "cool jazz" scene. He played a Selmer Super Balanced Action alto saxophone with an M. C. Gregory model 4A-18M mouthpiece — both circa 1951 — with Rico 3 ½ reeds[1].
