Deffine (Born 06/28/87 in Fort McMurray, CA) is a vocalist in Edmonton, Canada. His music examines the daily struggles and triumphs of an aspiring hip hop artist.
Hungry for success, Deffine has worked dilligently to master his unique sound - Expression with both hard-hitting punches and deep, soulful riffs. With an ever-growing resume of albums, features, music videos and shows across Western Canada, Deffine has proven to be a talented and driven rapper.
The Debut Album 'My Definition' was realeased in 2010, quickly giving way to opening performances for artists such as Warren G, Killiah Priest, Hopsin N SwizZz, Planet Asia, Tha Alkaholiks, Peter Jackson, Sese, Winnipeg's Most and many more.
In January 2012, Deffine released the "More Than Murder" Mixtape (hosted by K-Blitz). This 22-track follow-up showcases Deffine's growing range of style and flow, and includes features from some of Edmonton's finest hip hop talent. In addition to the mixtape, Deffine has released 2 feature music videos that you can view HERE.
Recording has already begun on his next album, "Purgatory", due to release in early 2013.
Looking to expand his involvement with the music, Deffine recently began producing and recording in his own studio.
