Born in the Dominican Republic, Jose Alfonso Garcia was raised in Bonao, a beautiful city of the Cibao region. The child #5 in a low income family of ten members; he became a very talented and famous radio personality in his days. From 1978 to 1989 he worked for the most important radio stations in Santo Domingo the capital city of the Dominican Republic; among them, Radio Clarin, HIJB radio division of Telle Antillas TV etc. At the same time he put a lot of effort to go to college. He Graduated from Instututo Tecnológico de Santo Domingo INTEC in 1986, Bachelor Degree in Economics.
