One-off project by Marc Mac of 4hero fame. The album "How About A Game Of Chess" was distributed as CDR/MP3 promo, but never officially released. It samples heavily from artists on the Chess and Cadet labels: Ramsey Lewis, John Klemmer, Ray Bryant, Dells, Terry Callier, Woody Herman, Rotary Connection, Etta James, Eddie Fisher, Howlin Wolf, Sonny Stitt, Aesop's Fables, Dorothy Ashby, Shirley Scott, Phil Upchurch, Ahmad Jamal, Soulful Strings.
