Mother's Prayer Lyrics

I wonder if you're alone up there
Since you've been gone, I've been alone down here
She told me that I would be okay
Now I don't believe, what she had to sayWhen she said, "Don't worry and you'll be fine
It's only a matter, a matter of time"
As she sits back and finishes her wine
She prays to the Lord, I'll be fineThe days have passed and weeks have too
All I think about is how I miss you
She told me that I would be okay
But I feel the same that I felt that dayWhen she said, "Don't worry and you'll be fine
It's only a matter, a matter of time"
As she sits back and finishes her wine
She prays to the Lord, I'll be fine
She prays to the Lord, I'll be fineHe don't know what he has done
Mother prays to the Lord above
"Lord, please save my sons"And he don't know what he has done
(The damage has been done to them)
She prays to the Lord above

"Lord, please save my sons"She says, "Don't worry and you'll be fine
It's only a matter of time"She says, "Don't worry and you'll be fine
It's only a matter, a matter of time"
As she sits back and finishes her wine
She prays to the Lord, I'll be fine
She prays to the Lord, I'll be fineShe says, "Don't worry and you'll be fine
It's only a matter of time
It's only a matter of time"
