My Lady Lyrics

It's simple you see I want you for me
But not for ever, that's just a dream
That I've given up a long time ago
It's a fairy tale that I just don't believeI'm not a prince, I'm just a man
Who wants to have you just for one night
So forgive me for being direct and blunt
It's the truth straight from my heartOh, my Lady I will love you
For as long as we are together
I can make you no promises
That's just impossible
Cause for me that's a prison with chains and I have to be free
Like a lion that can't be tamed
Not to be trusted when put in a cage
And I know you won't believe
You still think you can tame the beast
But I know you can't, cause you are not the oneI'm not a dog, I know who I am
Not saying that I'm an angel, but I'm not that bad
I made myself clear from the beginning

It's not my fault that you didn't hearYou think I'm a pig but I beg to differ
I've got friends that make me look like a saint
And it's true I've sinned, but no more than the rest
And I hope the judge agrees
And you think I am the one
But you won't capture me
No I can't change who I am
Cause you're not the one

In 2004, the Rambling Wheels decided it was time to make the girls dance. Five years later, they now make them laugh. And why? Well, although they would like to be serious hard-rock bad guys, their moustaches and haircuts sometimes raise sniggers in the audience. So much the better! You might think the Wheels see themselves as a nostalgic tribute to the boy bands of the 1950s. No way. It's 2009 and the three guys, whose energy matches that of four nuclear power plants, play authentic rock.
