Shadows We've Become Lyrics

Crimson moon is in my sights
Warning me to turn back
I'm gonna miss your loving
Black cat struts across my path
I'm not superstitious
But I'm losing you
I must be possessed to have you in my heart
When you're leaving meMy loneliness shuts me down
I can't get you out, no
Home ain't home
Home is cold as stone
Oh Lucy has flown away
I grow weaker by the hour
I'm left holding myself
Yes I need your loving
Now we deal with no feelings
We feel through a screen
Shadows we've becomeMy loneliness shuts me down

And I can't get you out, no
Still there's to many days to wait
And you're so many miles away
You're so far away
My loneliness shuts me down
Cause I can't hold you close, no I can'tShadows we've become
My loneliness shuts me down
And I can't get you out, no
Still there's to many days to wait
And you're so many miles away
You're so far away
And it's too long to wait to see your pretty face
Yes too long to wait to see your pretty face, I can't wait
My loneliness shuts me down
Cause I can't hold you close, no I can't

In 2004, the Rambling Wheels decided it was time to make the girls dance. Five years later, they now make them laugh. And why? Well, although they would like to be serious hard-rock bad guys, their moustaches and haircuts sometimes raise sniggers in the audience. So much the better! You might think the Wheels see themselves as a nostalgic tribute to the boy bands of the 1950s. No way. It's 2009 and the three guys, whose energy matches that of four nuclear power plants, play authentic rock.
