Zaķis (full name Normunds Zaķis) is a Latvian acoustic punk singer-songwriter from Cēsis, Latvia, who started his solo activities in 2007. His debut album 30 Iemesli, Lai Ienīstu Zaķi was released on GG Bootlegs in 2009. Zaķis has performed together with numerous local and foreign artists. From 2009 to 2011 he was a lead singer and lyricist in an oldschool hardcore band Bikes Against the Machine, as well from 2006 to 2007 a lead singer in punk rock band Pirdienu Vitamīni.
