Joni Sheila is a half-Filipino, half-Belgian singer-songwriter and street musician. She was born the 17th of November 1989 in Leuven and she grew up in Ghent. She was named after Joni Mitchell. She taught herself to play the guitar and to sing. By competing in several music contests and working with other artists, she has gained a lot of experience. She also has a communication management degree and applies her communication skills to her music on stage, online and in the streets.
