Night Of Infamy Lyrics

This night of infamy
I will never forget
Nor will my brothers
The vengeance I'll getI'll leave you restless
I'll leave you blind
Until one night
I stab from behindStep inside and join us tonight
Don't stand in the cold like strangers
Thank you brother, we kindly accept
Let us feast tonight to the grace of GodThe night continued in high mood
But when all had went to bed
A dark temper started to intrude
The royal pair, surprisedThis night of infamy
I will never forget
Nor will my brothers
The vengeance I'll getI'll leave you restless
I'll leave you blind
Until one night

I stab from behindAlthough my eyes beheld cheap
I should not have mistaken the wolves' scent
Their souls awaits nocturnal domains
Their sweet taste of victory is only lentLocked behind steel and stone
Locked away by infamy
Listening to my reflections of life
Starving us to skin and bone
Leaving us to agony
Seeing signs too late of their strifeNow we are the ones to rule
The kingdom like it should
As finally the credulous fool
Is set aside for all of timeThis night of infamy
I will never forget
Nor will my brothers
The vengeance I'll getI'll leave you restless
I'll leave you blind
Until one night
I stab from behindThis night of infamy
I will never forget
Nor will my brothers
The vengeance I'll getI'll leave you restless
I'll leave you blind
Until one night
I stab from behind

There are two artists bearing the name Falconer: 1) Falconer is Stefan Weinerhall's (former guitarist of Mithotyn) Swedish power metal project, with strong folk influences, aimed at being similar to Mithotyn, but (in contrast to typical harsh vocal-ed folk metal/viking metal) with clean vocals. Created in May 1999, the project initially started unnamed. Their self-titled debut album Falconer was released in March 2001.
