Nights Like Tonight Lyrics

It's come down to this moment
Just you and me
Being blinded by love for so long
It's been hard to see
The moon is still bright
And the stars are shining, too
But the nights are much colder
And so are you
Chorus:
Nights like tonight
You know we'd better stay at home
Nights like tonight, ooh
Are warmer when we're all alone
It always means so much
When I feel your touch, my love

Now our time's growing short
We can feel the change
When someone we thought we knew
Turned to someone strange
It comes to the point
Everything that we try and say
Gets blown to pieces
And comes out the wrong way
Chorus / Solo / Chorus
It always means so much
When I feel your touch, my love
The words come so easy sometimes
Then there's nights like tonight
When the last thing on your mind
Is making things right
Oh, the words come so easy sometimes
Then there's nights like tonight
When the last thing on your mind
Is making things right
