October Skies Lyrics

As I'm traveling top down
Through the streets of this town leave it all behind
Gonna start a new life
Chase a dreams of spotlights, who knows what we'll findYou don't have to be afraid
As long as I'm with you
We'll make our escapeEverywhere I go on this open road
I'll always be with you right here by your side
Our love will never die, your colors come alive
Underneath October skiesYou threw only your lifeline
Got to me just in time, words can't say
If you have found a meaning
Love's a season changing brand new dayYou don't have to be afraid
As long as I'm with you
We'll make our escapeEverywhere I go on this open road
I'll always be with you right here by your side
Our love will never die, your colors come alive
Underneath October skies, yeahOh, the summer's come and gone
And I know as the leaves are turned to gold

There will be a promise that I'll make, oh, to you foreverYou don't have to be afraid
As long as I'm with you
We'll make our escapeEverywhere I go on this open road
I'll always be with you right here by your side
Our love will never die, your colors come aliveEverywhere I go on this open road
I'll always be with you right here by your side
Our love will never die, your colors come alive
Oh, underneath October skiesUnderneath October skies
Underneath October skies
