Your Heart Will Know Lyrics

You feel the world is rushing by you
While you're waiting for someone to understand
You tend to see love as an island
Where hopes like words are written in the sand
When the only door sends you back
Nothing you live for ever lastsEvery second's so slow, every hour's so low
You wanna put your arms around someone
Who doesn't wanna let you go
When the love you're in, baby, just can't win
It doesn't mean you're meant to alone
'Cause the grass will grow and the river will flow
And your heart will knowYou feel you're watching through a window
I know what you want is just beyond your touch
Your heart flies any way the wind blows
While everybody else is finding love
You're one sweet thing, you're light of day
It was all you live for, turned awayEvery second's so slow, every hour's so low
You wanna put your arms around someone

Who doesn't wanna let you go
What you're feeling now has broken you down
It doesn't mean you're meant to be alone
'Cause the grass will grow and the river will flow
And your heart will knowHeart will knowOne day everything will change
Sun will shine, the day will come to greet you
All the rain will blow away, when at last you find someone
Who needs you, needs you, yeahGotta trust the things you feel
When you do you know your heart will guide you
Yeah yeah yeahNow you wait for the sun, and the morning to come
When you can put your arms around someone
Who's never gonna let you go
When a love you're in, baby, just can't win
It doesn't mean you're meant to alone
'Cause the grass will grow and the river will flow
And your heart will knowOoh, grass will grow, oh, the river will flow
And your heart will know
