On the Waves Lyrics

You let me in, though you saw straight through
There's no way to win, so let me lose with you
First I searched my heart about it
But there's no need to start to doubt it
There's nothing we can do about it
It's on the waves
It's raining down on my face
Coming back from your place
Call it anything you want
It's anything you need
You know it's just a feeling
A moment that we're stealing
It's on the wind, it's on the waves
We career, no control
Too late to steer, head on we roll
But there's no need to be sad about it
Let your heart be glad about it
Ring out the bells and tell about it

I's on the waves
It's raining down on my face
Coming back from your place
Call it anything you want
It's anything you need
You know it's just a feeling
A moment that we're stealing
It's on the wind, it's on the waves
Hey, nah, my boyfriend's back
Guess I'd better hit the track
No time to paint the town black
Storms rend electric skies
Summer ends and something inside dies
And only you know why
