One Love (Bonus Track - Maxi-Single Apr 1990) Lyrics

One for love I can't resist
Two for your pretty brown eyes Crazy like this
Three for the stars Around my head Four for the way you smile
Crazy instead
That's why, oh you're all mine
Five for the fire
The power of love
Six for the glory
From up above that's why, oh that's why
It takes a one heart,
One love n-n-now baby love one another
One dream, one kiss
Now come on now baby don't you treat me like this
Seven songs
That never change
Eight for the heart of gold
Nine, that's why, oh all mine One heart, just one love
N-now baby love one another one dream, one kiss

Come on now baby don't you treat me like this
That's why, oh, oh that's why
Yes that's why, oh, baby that's why
Ooh, yeah, that's why, oh that's why
It's one love, one love, one love, one love, one love
Oh-ah

Robert Anthony Plant CBE (born 20 August 1948, West Bromwich, Staffordshire, England) is a British rock singer famous for being the lead vocalist of one of the most influential rock bands of all time: Led Zeppelin. He is known for his powerful style with a wide vocal range. After Led Zeppelin's breakup following the sudden death of drummer John Bonham in 1980, Plant pursued a successful solo career. Popular tracks from this period include "Big Log," "Tall Cool One," and "I Believe." In 1984, Plant formed a short-lived all-star group with Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck and Phil Collins called The Honeydrippers, who had a Top Ten hit with a remake of the Phil Phillips' tune, "Sea of Love".

Plant's love of the music of Morocco led him to a new collaboration called Robert Plant And The Strange Sensation. The band's releases met with critical acclaim and numerous Grammy nominations. They completed the 2006 tour of Europe in September.

In 2007, Plant began recording and performing with bluegrass star Alison Krauss. A duet album, Raising Sand, was released on 23 October 2007 on Rounder Records. The album, recorded in Nashville and Los Angeles and produced by T-Bone Burnett met with enormous critical and commercial success.

The year of 2010 proves to be yet another successful year for the aging lemon squeezer. Durring the summer, Plant will be reuniting with his old, Pre-Zep group, The Band Of Joy, for a tour of the southern and mid continental tour of the US.
