One Way Out Lyrics

(Hinkel / Wissler)
The sign on the wall is tryin' to stir you up
A time has come so you must be wakin' up
'Cos they practise on your hatred
You must be strong
I believe in love
We dance together we're holding on
We dance forever we're holding on
Let's climb the mountain and tame the sea with love
Look at the scrawls exaulting intolerance
Ultimate goals and phrases that we once heard
Don't let it spread one more time
Just push them back
I believe in love
We dance together we're all as one
We dance forever we're holding on
Let's climb the mountain and tame the sea with love

There's a wall of hatred
There's a wall of pain
There's one solution you can get out again
There's a sea of tears and a life of sorrow
But if we're blind today we will get lost tomorrow
So let's dance together all as one
Let us dance forever
This time has really just begun

During World War II James joined the United States Navy and was stationed in Guam.
