Grubb comes up when Ignacio Vecino (songwriter, vocal and guitar in the band) writes a lot of songs in his house and decides to form a band. That's how Ignacio Vecino and Manuel Souto (drums) got together. Martin Garcia (bass); Miguel Campal (guitar, keyboard, vocal); Manuel Contreras (keyboard) would join them later, and in a few songs the colaboration of Leonardo Mendez (sax). In the beggining of 2008 the band gets solid and they start giving their first shows, recording some demos, with songs like ¨Revolution¨, ¨Familiar¨,¨Been¨,¨Lonesome Player¨, and many others. A long 2008 with frequent appearances on radio, shows, some Tv shows and written press. In February 2009, Ignacio Vecino and Miguel Campal make a colaboration with English singer Stacey Cohen, in the song¨Fine Times¨, taking care of the production.
