John Lawrence is a Welsh musician. He was a founding member of Gorky's Zygotic Mynci, but left the band in 1999. As a solo artist, he goes by the name Infinity Chimps, and released the album Infinity Chimps on the Sylem label in 2000, Sounds of Nant Y Benglog on Ankstmusik and Lawrence Music in 2002, and Rainy Night on Lawrence Music in 2009
