Perdido - The Nu Niles

The band is made up of Mario Cobo (guitar and vocals), Ivan Kovacevic (double bass) and Blas Picón (drums). They began their career as a pure no-frills rockabilly band at a time when it was a totally anti-fashion place to be and probably the most underground thing going on musically. The band has always kept a hold of those roots and still contains the basic ingredients of Rockabilly, Rock’n’Roll, Surf, Punk and Ska, throwing in some TexMex or Spaghetti Western theme references for good measure, all of which produces a cocktail of original, not to say unique, vintage.
